Andrew Degenholtz, President
Andrew Degenholtz co-founded eMagazines in 2008. Prior to founding eMagazines, Andrew established ValueMags.com, which continues to operate as a successful magazine subscription-marketing agency. Mr. Degenholtz also spent more than five years managing distribution and BPA audit compliance for a national college magazine with 1,000,000 public place circulation. He also acquired key national advertisers for the publication. In 2006, Mr. Degenholtz was invited by the Audit Bureau of Circulations to join its Magazine Fulfillment and Agent Committee, on which he now serves. Mr. Degenholtz earned a M.S. in Marketing from Northwestern University and a B.A. from Muhlenberg College.
Jonathan Curtis, CFO
Jonathan Curtis co-founded eMagazines in 2008. Prior to founding eMagazines, Jon led the financial operations and capital-raising program at ValueMags. Mr. Curtis previously worked as a Securities Analyst for Jones Lang Lasalle and as an Associate Vice President in Sentinel Real Estate’s Acquisitions Division. In 2008, Mr. Curtis was invited by NYU’s Stern School of Business to serve as a New Venture coach and evaluator for their Entrepreneur’s Challenge, an annual contest that awards winners $175,000 in seed funding. Mr. Curtis earned his M.B.A. from the New York University’s Stern School of Business and a B.A. from Muhlenberg College.

Michael Bergelson
Mike is responsible for developing new product and business model strategies for Cisco's Unified Communications portfolio. Prior to this role, he managed Cisco's suite of customer care applications. Mr. Bergelson joined Cisco in June 2006 with the acquisition of Audium, where he was a co-founder and the Chief Executive Officer. He was also co-founder and CEO of Conducive, an online advertising firm.
Prior to founding Audium and Conducive, Mr. Bergelson worked with First Manhattan Consulting Group where he advised clients on customer contact strategies, customer profitability and product development.
Jon Sawyer
Jon Sawyer is Principal and Vice President of Integrated Marketing at closerlook Inc, a strategic marketing firm in Chicago serving the healthcare industry. Mr. Sawyer leads the firm’s efforts in developing database marketing and strategic relationship marketing programs for the firm’s clients. Prior to this, Mr. Sawyer served as Director of e-Business and Market Planning at Vivendi/Consumer and Commercial Group, which owns marquee brands like Culligan and USFilter. Mr. Sawyer earned his M.S. in marketing from Northwestern University and a B.A. in economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
