Canadian fashion title Real Style Magazine launched a digital extension of the publication earlier this month. The magazine became one of the first fashion titles to go digital and attributed the move to an opportunity to, "present a more enhanced digital storytelling experience," for their readers.

President Elen Steinberg said that Real Style Magazine was inspired by the digital success of other U.S. and Canadian fashion magazines (namely, Lonny Magazine and The Kit). This online extension of the magazine will function alongside the Real Style website in order to expand the publication's presence on the Internet. Steinberg said, "The Real Style Magazine will work synergistically with the Real Style Network website and Real Style TV's You Tube channel to bring an enhanced digital fashion experience to our readers. Our editors and contributors are style experts who will show fashion lovers what to wear, how to wear it and where to buy it for a great price!" They will use this strategy in order to bring a complete fashion and beauty experience to their already expanding readership.

In addition, the digital magazine will offer designer and stylist videos and tutorials, shopping and a list of editor's picks. With a list of celebrated Canadian and American designers for the inaugural issue as well as an elite editorial group, this quarterly edition (there is room to expand to more issues with reader and advertiser demand) it poised to take the digital runway by storm.
